CANCELLATION POLICY

At AZLASHAQUARIUS, we value respecting time ✧ Please note if you need to cancel or reschedule, a 48hrs notice (TWO day notice) is expected to avoid being charged 50% of your service. That being said, we welcome any sudden cancellations and rescheduling before 48 hr window! *Deposits NON-REFUNDABLE are only TRANSFERABLE ONCE. And, being late happens…Take a moment to give us a heads up on ETA so we can anticipate you coming ✧ We do have a strict late policy, you will be charged per minute late. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, you will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.
